Urban Planning & Constraints

Located in a tight urban plot with strict height restrictions and a 15-meter setback from the main road, this 8-unit residential tower required a innovative massing strategy. The solution was a tapered form that maximizes views and light while respecting the street wall.

A graphic designer needed a flexible live-work space. The original layout was a series of small, dark rooms. Our approach was to strip back to the original shell, insert a minimalist white oak core containing kitchen and bathroom, and open the facade to the courtyard light.
